Naina Jaiswal works as a teacher at Little Dots’ play school in Colaba. For some reason, she was out of town for three weeks. According to Naina Mirchandani’s fiance, Rohit Mirchandani (the school is in the front section of the property), the school is there. Rohit lives on the same property. Naina, who was remembering that Niharika, their daughter, is turning one day early, comes to drop their children off.
She asked her driver if he could deliver the cake to school. Everyone leaves the premises and Naina snaps in her throat. She is full of fervor and a determination to destroy everything and everyone that she comes across. The Colaba police station is called by her and she informs them that she holds 16 children hostage. Niharika’s driver then arrives with a piece of cake. Unfortunately, Savitri, her helper, returns with a cake and returns to grab her phone which she had left behind. Naina cannot have them both and so they are taken into captivity.
Police officers arrive to determine if the call was a joke or if there is something actually going on. Naina takes a shot to show the authorities that she is serious about business. Catherine Alvarez, an ACP, contacts her and Naina makes a bizarre demand that she only negotiate with Javed Khan. Javed Khan arrives on the scene and Naina starts her death game. Javed Khan is brought to the scene by Naina, who tells Javed she will release one child for every request.
She demands five crore rupees to be transferred into her account. Javed Khan and Catherine Alvarez had a long history, which made them not compatible when they worked together. Javed is not listening to Catherine and she tries to send a force in. Naina kills Aakash, one child. Javed is handed over to the commissioner of police. Catherine is sent to conduct background research because they had significant disagreements which were not helping the situation.
